Mike McSweeney is a founding partner at TriVista (www.trivista.com), an advisory firm that helps private equity investors and executive leadership teams improve the value of middle-market businesses. He also oversees the firm’s investment portfolio, which includes investments in more than 30 private companies.  For over 15 years, Mr. McSweeney has been a leader of TriVista and has offered strategic guidance and operational expertise to a broad range of private companies.

Mr. McSweeney earned a BA in Marketing from Bond University in Queensland, Australia, and has attended leadership programs at Dartmouth College and Harvard University.
