Ben Francois is a Partner at BanyanGlobal (www.banyan.global), where he guides the owners of family businesses and family offices through complex generational family and business transitions.  This includes making recommendations and assisting with the implementation of transition, ownership structure, governance, and capital allocation strategies.  For over 20 years, Mr. Francois has been an investor in, or an advisor to, family-owned businesses and multi-generational family offices.

Mr. Francois earned an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California.
