Connor Kropschot is a Senior Associate of Business Development of Carmelina Capital Partners. He has origination and advisory experience across a broad range of industries and market sizes.

Prior to Carmelina, Connor was a Senior Associate at CriticalPoint, a boutique investment bank with a focus on the lower middle market. At CriticalPoint, Connor’s responsibilities consisted of sourcing and origination for their buy-side and sell-side advisory arm.

Connor graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business with a concentration in Real Estate Investment from The Eli Broad college of Business at Michigan State University. He holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
