Kevin Lee is a Senior Associate of Carmelina Capital Partners. He has significant experience investing in and advising companies in a broad range of industries across the lower middle market.

Prior to Carmelina, Kevin was a Senior Manager at Ziff Davis, a technology and media holding company. While at Ziff Davis, Kevin was focused on M&A execution, operational improvements and strategic planning. Before Ziff Davis, Kevin was a Private Equity Associate at Quilvest Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm with $36 billion of capital under management.

Kevin started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in New York. He graduated cum laude with a BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University.

Kevin’s fascination for lower middle market investing comes from his personal background of growing up and working in a small, family-owned restaurant business. He is actively seeking opportunities to combine his passion for founder and family-owned companies with genuine private equity partnerships.
